Conformance posture & known exceptions
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for customer-facing flows; legacy PDFs imported by organizers remain their remediation responsibility though we surface automated alt-text suggestions. Third-party embeds inherit provider accessibility roadmaps; we pressure vendors via contract SLAs.
Assistive technology testing matrix
- Screen reader sweeps: VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack on Android PWAs.
- Keyboard-only navigation across seat map canvas with focus rings & skip links.
- Zoom reflow up to 400% without loss of core checkout operations.
- Closed captions for livestream add-ons when organizers enable translation vendors.
- High-contrast themes validated against APCA thresholds for dark mode surfaces.
- Switch navigation hardware compatibility for lobby kiosks through USB-HID paths.
Feedback, remediation SLAs & alternative formats
Accessibility@ domain alias triages issues within two business days for Sev1 blockers (complete purchase failure) and five days for major annoyances. Large print agendas or Braille booth lists route through organizer concierge teams with platform templating assistance.
Vendor partnerships & training
Design systems train PMs on inclusive defaults; external agencies building custom microsites must pass checklists before DNS cutovers. Annual third-party audits produce VPAT drafts distributed under NDA.
