1. Platform Role

Trade Fair Wala is a platform that connects Organizers, Exhibitors, Service Providers, Visitors, Buyers, Sellers, and other event-related participants.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Trade Fair Wala is not a party to any agreement, contract, booking, sale, purchase, sponsorship, or commercial transaction between users.

Trade Fair Wala provides advertising and networking services only and does not guarantee leads, sales, visitor footfall, business opportunities, bookings, or revenue.

2. Payments Made to Trade Fair Wala

Certain services on the Platform may require payment, including but not limited to:

  • Premium listings
  • Featured advertisements
  • Promotional packages
  • Event promotion services
  • Subscription plans
  • Other paid services offered by Trade Fair Wala

All fees are displayed before payment and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments Between Users

Trade Fair Wala does not control, manage, guarantee, monitor, or assume responsibility for any payments made directly between users.

This includes payments between:

  • Organizers and Exhibitors
  • Organizers and Service Providers
  • Exhibitors and Service Providers
  • Visitors and Exhibitors
  • Visitors and Organizers
  • Buyers and Sellers
  • Any other users of the Platform

Any payment, advance, deposit, booking amount, sponsorship fee, service fee, commission, or other financial transaction between users is undertaken entirely at the users' own risk.

Trade Fair Wala shall not be liable for:

  • Non-payment
  • Delayed payment
  • Payment disputes
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Refund disputes
  • Service-related disputes
  • Product-related disputes
  • Financial losses arising from user transactions

4. Refund Policy for Trade Fair Wala Services

Payments made directly to Trade Fair Wala for digital services, advertisements, promotions, subscriptions, listings, or similar services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Payment deducted but service was not activated due to a verified technical issue caused by Trade Fair Wala.
  • Incorrect charge caused solely by a system error.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with business results, leads, inquiries, or event outcomes.
  • Failure to use purchased services.
  • User error during purchase.
  • Disputes between users.
  • Event cancellation by third parties.
  • Losses arising from transactions between users.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact Trade Fair Wala before initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Trade Fair Wala reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

8. Changes to this Policy

Trade Fair Wala reserves the right to modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
